When tracking customer-reported bugs or feature requests in Plain, you can quickly create a new Shortcut Story or link to an existing one. Once the Story is completed in Shortcut, Plain makes it easy to follow up with the customer and close the loop.
How it Works
Plain helps you easily track and manage customer-reported bugs and feature requests. As you help customers in Plain, you can add context to your conversations by linking them to Shortcut Stories. You can search for an existing Story or create a new one directly from a thread.
In Shortcut, you'll see which customer requests have been linked to a Story, showing you how your work connects to customer needs. Once a linked Story is completed, canceled, or deleted in Shortcut, the status is reflected in Plain so you can follow up and close the loop with customers.
Plain's Product Insights page also gives you a ranked view of top customer requests, helping you prioritize what matters most.
Configure
It's easy to get setup, go to Settings > Shortcut integration. Only one user needs to connect the Shortcut workspace to Plain. Once connected, everyone on your team in Plain can use the integration.
