Leverage Shortcut and Notion for stronger collaboration, better alignment, and efficient workflows for all software teams
What do you get when you combine the power of Shortcut's software project management platform with the power of Notion's connected workspace? A better way for software teams to collaborate, align, and execute their workflows, where everyone on the team can do their best work.
Our integration with Notion streamlines collaboration for all software organizations by ensuring teams working closely with product, design, and engineering (PDE), can stay aligned with the work happening in Shortcut.
Streamline planning and alignment on status with live previews
Planning in Notion gets amped up with real-time preview links to the work and progress in Shortcut so the company stays in sync with the product and engineering work.
Users will be able to drop Shortcut links to Stories, Epics, Milestones, Iterations, and Docs into Notion so they can see previews and real-time updates from Shortcut in Notion. When you paste an issue, project, or view URL from Shortcut to Notion, select the Paste as a preview (or Paste as a mention) option. Instead of a plain link, you’ll now see a live preview of your Shortcut issue, project, or view with up-to-date information directly in Notion.
For all work entities, the preview shows Title, ID, status, team, assignee, and the date of the last update. Once any of these properties change in Shortcut, the preview in Notion changes accordingly without a page reload or manual preview refresh.
